Let technology speak for cities · Let art connect the world

MechaArt Nexus is a pioneering project that brings robotics into dialogue with contemporary art, founded by internationally recognized creator Ricky Ma, known for independently developing the humanoid humanoid robot Mark I. While rooted in technological innovation, the essence of this project lies in artists’ visions — using robotics as a vessel to express ideas, culture, and imagination.

We warmly invite distinguished artists and curators to join this creative journey. In each city, one curator will be selected to represent and guide the cultural narrative, while multiple artists may contribute their visions and creations. This is not a showcase of machines, but a chorus of cultural storytelling — creating an intimate yet international dialogue where every city contributes its unique artistic voice, shaping a platform in which technology serves the imagination of artists.

Three-Way Collaboration: Artists · Curators · Mark Robotics

Our project is built on three forces working together:

  • Artists — leading the creative vision, sharing cultural perspectives, and shaping the artistic direction.

  • Curators — connecting ideas with opportunities, institutions, and audiences.

  • Mark Robotics — providing the technological foundation that transforms concepts into lifelike, expressive, robotic artworks.

Beyond artistic dialogue, MechaArt Nexus connects ideas with curators, networks, and supportive partners — from cultural institutions and collectors to brands and global audiences — creating the conditions for visions to be realized. Within this framework, artists gain recognition and access to the support needed to develop their work; curators strengthen their role as cultural connectors, channeling opportunities and resources; and partners engage with distinctive creations that offer both artistic innovation and long-term cultural value. Together, this synergy generates exhibitions, dialogues, and collaborations that none could achieve alone.

Once a collaboration is confirmed, we will share clear next steps — including how the process works and how support will be provided — ensuring that every partner feels confident and well-informed.

Giving soul to machines. Letting technology tell stories.
— Mark Robotic Limited

At MechaArt Nexus, we create robots as storytellers—where art leads technology, and machines become vessels of culture, emotion, and imagination.

Our mission is simple: transform technology into culture.

By fusing engineering with artistry, we let robots carry voices, emotions, and ideas—bridging innovation with human imagination.

At MechaArt Nexus, machines don’t just move.

They speak. They inspire. They tell stories.

At MechaArt Nexus, we believe true innovation is not measured by products alone, but by the creation of new cultural languages. Our work goes beyond engineering and into the realm of meaning—transforming machines from mere tools into storytellers.

We design and build humanoid robots where art takes the lead. Each creation is not just a technical achievement, but a living vessel of cultural expression. By blending robotics with contemporary art, our mission is to show that AI and machines are not limited to cold calculations or mechanical movements—they can speak, express, and carry forward the spirit of culture and art.

Through this vision, MechaArt Nexus positions robotics as more than innovation—it becomes a stage for storytelling, a canvas for imagination, and a bridge between art and technology. Our robots embody narratives, emotions, and identities, ensuring that technology does not stand apart from humanity, but reflects and enriches it.

In this vital intersection of art and commerce, our work redefines what machines can mean to society. By letting technology tell stories, we seek to inspire audiences, spark dialogue, and preserve culture in forms never before imagined.
