About
Our Vision
Our vision is to create humanoid robots that are not only technically precise, but also alive with artistic presence and emotional resonance. We go beyond physical realism—we seek to merge engineering with artistic expression, crafting robots that connect with people not merely as tools, but as narrative companions.
We envision a future where humanoid robots serve as intelligent partners in both social and domestic settings—offering assistance, presence, and warmth in everyday life. From public engagement and urban storytelling to emotional companionship, we aim to shape robots that hold meaningful roles in human society.
To date, we have successfully developed the Mark Series—a growing line of humanoid robots designed for diverse applications and cultural contexts. Each generation in the Mark Series carries its own aesthetic language and storytelling potential, pointing toward expanded use in exhibitions, public spaces, and interactive environments. We continue to enhance their structural flexibility, mobility, and multi-functional capabilities, bridging the gap between art, design, and real-world performance.
Our ultimate goal is to become a pioneering force in the future of robotics—where technology and art co-exist in harmony, and where machines enrich lives not just through utility, but through soul. Through persistent innovation, we believe that our humanoid robots will become trusted companions of the future—bringing comfort, wonder, and meaning into people’s everyday lives.
Design Philosophy of Company Logo
Logo Philosophy: A Symbol of Human–Robot Co-Creation
As our robotic art project enters a new era of creative engineering, we are not merely introducing a product—we are giving form to an entirely new cultural entity. Our humanoid robots are envisioned not as tools, but as collaborators. They are companions, performers, and silent narrators in the future we collectively imagine.
In shaping the identity of this vision, our logo draws deeply from the founder Ricky Ma’s artistic and technological research. Under the name Mark Robotics, it encapsulates the poetic idea of future societies where humans and machines co-create—a reality where robotic assistants are embedded in daily life, supporting not just productivity, but human potential and imagination.
The logo’s design language reflects the convergence of two worlds: machine logic and human sensitivity. It symbolises our belief that with the presence of empathetic, intelligent machines, we can unlock more space for creativity, critical thinking, and emotional depth. The aesthetic is sleek and contemporary, referencing both advanced technology and timeless artistic simplicity.
This emblem is not just a brand mark—it is a manifesto. It stands for our mission to merge innovation with empathy, utility with humanity. As such, it serves as a daily reminder to our team, our partners, and our audience:
that the future of robotics is not only functional—it is expressive, emotional, and deeply human.
What's happening in International Strategic Investment?
-
In 2016, global institutions and governments invested a total of US$71 billion in research and development (R&D) and manufacturing of robotics. The projected future global spending on robotics is anticipated to surge from US$71 billion in 2016 to US$1,354 billion in 2019. In 2016, the Asia-Pacific region (including Japan) dominated robot-related investments, accounting for 65%, followed by Central and Eastern Europe. The Americas secured the third position.
Countries such as Japan, South Korea, Germany, and the United States, known for their high-tech advancements, consider robotic development as a pivotal research focus. For instance, Google has aggressively acquired technology companies in the R&D robot sector. Anticipating future trends, it is expected that more resources will be invested in developing new industries. Furthermore, the Japanese government allocates approximately US$2.6 million annually as research capital for Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro of the University of Tokyo, Japan, for the study of robotic technology. Human-robot development is categorized into two types: armor shell and human skin. Currently, Japan is emphasizing human-like robots, while other countries concentrate on metallic-shaped robots.
The Russian billionaire founder of the "2045 Future World" robot project (http://2045.com) believes that the human mind and soul can be transferred to a robot-driven shell. In 2015, a high-tech robot exhibition was held in New York, organized by the Russian billionaire. The event featured presentations from renowned robot scientists, garnering significant international attention.
The field of robotics technology emerged approximately a decade ago. According to the recently published Global Commercial Robot Spending Guidelines by the International Data Corporation (IDC), robots are poised to transform future production technology. The integration of robots into various sectors, including electronics, healthcare, retail, logistics, agriculture, services, education, and government departments, is on the rise. As such, it is imperative that we dedicate resources to developing robotic technology to avoid falling behind in this transformative era.
Product Life Cycle of Robot
-
The development of robotic projects is akin to the historical milestones of the Wright brothers inventing aircraft in 1867 or Karl Friedrich Benz inventing the car. Today, their inventions continue to influence our society. Similarly, the life cycle of robot development is anticipated to be enduring and not easily replaceable. The key to mastering new industries in the future lies in the early development of robotic technology.
